Gastrotourism

You can have the privilege of enjoying our wines and the great cured meat tradition of our town thanks to the products of Embutidos Sobrón Martínez. Located just a short distance from the winery, guests can visit their facilities to learn about the artisan processes of making and curing their sausages and hams, as well as touring my cellar and discovering my wines.

A wander through the vineyard

You will be able to discover the vineyards planted by my grandfather; the source of the 4 beautiful wines I make. I will show you my Grenache grapes, the winery’s favourite grape, and I’ll tell you the reasons why I decided to opt for organic viticulture (wine making). After the visit to the vineyard you’ll be able to discover the end product by tasting some of the wines in the winery.

Cellar and tasting

Visit our cellar and enjoy a tasting of our wines, while I tell you how I brought back to life the 19th century family manor house winery in order to make my own wines. You’ll be able to discover some of the features of the original architecture of the house, such as the fretwork and the central beam, which are present on the labels of our wines.
