BODEGAS CLEMENTE GARCÍA guarantees that the Products comply with the Laws and regulations in force within Spain as well as the Regulations and Rules of the EU and regulations of the Geographical Indications of origin of the wines at the time of delivery.

Under no circumstances shall BODEGAS CLEMENTE GARCÍA be liable for any damage that may occur to the Products as a result of the use, handling, storage or other related circumstances, whether malicious or not, by the Buyer.
The Buyer shall store and be responsible for the Products in accordance with the best practices of the wine industry; shall refrain from making any modification to the products or their packaging, and from altering, removing or tampering with any of the marks, labels, numbers or other means of identification thereof, as well as not making commercial use of the products.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of boxes ordered and the location of the destination.
Shipments only to Mainland Spain
The delivery time to mainland Spain is from 48 to 72 hours, starting from the moment we receive your order and your payment correctly. In case of receiving your order after 15:00 hours, the delivery time will be counted from 9:00am the next day, unless it is a holiday or weekend, which will then be from 9:00am of the first working day.
BODEGAS CLEMENTE GARCÍA shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of products for reasons not attributable to it.
Under no circumstances will deliveries be made to PO Boxes.

Accepted forms of payment
Credit/debit card is the accepted payment method. The Buyer must identify himself/herself and must include the following details of his/her card: number, expiry date and CVV. Subsequently, the Purchaser must follow the security steps indicated by his/her bank, which may be: validation of the transaction in the app of the Purchaser’s bank, introduction of a security code sent by sms, etc.
Regardless, BODEGAS CLEMENTE GARCÍA does not directly receive or store any bank details of its Buyers. All data is processed through the payment gateway (virtual POS) of the RedSys platform.
The Customer has the right to return the order within seven working days from receipt thereof, as stated in Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade.
To do this, you must inform BODEGAS CLEMENTE GARCÍA by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at +34 699587755 of your intention to return and send the returns document that is included with the delivery.
Once the cancellation/returns request has been made, BODEGAS CLEMENTE GARCÍA will respond to the request indicating how to return the product. This return will be made within 7 days from the request to BODEGAS CLEMENTE GARCÍA of the return procedure. The costs incurred shall be borne by the Customer.
When the Customer has exercised the right of cancellation/return or termination, BODEGAS CLEMENTE GARCÍA shall be obliged to return the sums paid by the Customer. The refund of these sums shall be made as soon as possible and, in all instances, within the legally stipulated period.
The right of cancellation/return may not be exercised in the event that the product is not returned in its original packaging and if the product is not in perfect condition. Rights of returns outside the stipulated period will not be considered.
Breakage or serious damage
If at the time of delivery, in a visible and clear way, without the need to handle the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by damage during shipping or if it is obvious that there is an error in the product received, you must notify BODEGAS CLEMENTE GARCÍA by email email@example.com or by phone at +34 699587755.
In this case, BODEGAS CLEMENTE GARCÍA will deliver a replacement to the user equal to the one purchased, collecting the defective package when delivering the new product. BODEGAS CLEMENTE GARCÍA will cover the costs in this instance. In the event that the Customer has chosen a refund, he/she must indicate on the returns form the name and the account number to which he/she wants the corresponding amount to be paid. The refund will be made within the legally stipulated time.
